Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment verification, unless product is custom.

We ship via DHL and USPS

Standard Ground: [3-5 business days] (Domestic)
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Availability: We ship to North America and Europe
Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These are not included in the shipping price and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the box before opening it and contact us within 48 hours.
Material Integrity: Flax fibers and composites are sensitive materials. Claims regarding material quality must be made before the material is cut, wetted out, or altered.

6. Returns & Exchanges We adhere to a strict 14-day return policy.

Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, uncut, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on custom products or hazardous materials.
Process: To start a return, you must contact us at shop@circular-structures.com.
Return Location: Authorized returns must be sent to our facility in Bremen, Germany.
Labels: If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
