Skins: 2 × ~1.5 mm (flax short fibres in plant-based epoxy ~30% bio-based)

Core: 3 mm cork → Total thickness approx. 6 mm 

Approx. weight: ~3.6 kg/m² (3 mm core) 

Standard size up to 2400 × 6000 mm

Process: One-shot press + CNC machining
